Materials Testing

The City of Wheaton is soliciting proposals from qualified material testing firms to conduct Hot Mix Asphalt (HMA) and Portland Cement Concrete (PCC) testing for motor fuel tax compliance and locally funded projects. Firms must have at least five years of experience and be certified by the Illinois Department of Transportation for both field and laboratory analysis.
