The Department of Fire Services is seeking proposals for Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM) teams to provide funding for administrative and operational expenses. The contract will be a rate contract, and each year, CISM teams will receive a Funding Application Form from DFS. The Department will evaluate all applications and make funding level determinations. The funding can be used for trainings, operating expenses, equipment, professional association memberships, and travel. The contract duration is from July 1, 2023, to June 30, 2029. Some key points to consider: • The contract is a rolling enrollment bid, and responses may be submitted at any time throughout the duration of the contract. • The Department reserves the right to exclude a bid submission that doesn't comply with the requirements. • Bidders must submit a Bidder's Response Form, and other required documents, such as a copy of the Clinical Director's License and Insurance Certificate. • The Department will evaluate the responses based on the qualifications and experience of the CISM teams. • Preference will be given to Certified Participants in the Small Business Purchasing Program (SBPP).
