The intended outcome of this study is to provide MCPS with clearly documented understanding of:1.How MCPS administrative facilities are currently being utilized2.How administrative employees currently work and how they anticipate working in the future3.The space needs of MCPS administrative divisions and departments4.Appropriate planning assumptions for personal workspace, collaboration, support, and shared administrative functions5.Division and Departmental adjacency and operational requirements6.The overall space requirements for MCPS administrative functions7.Potential opportunities and implications associated with administrative facility consolidation8.The operational and planning-level cost implications of alternative approaches9.Recommendations and decision points that can be used by MCPS to determine whether and how to proceed with future planning phases.
