The City of Pocatello is seeking proposals from qualified firms to rewrite the City's Zoning Code (Title 17 of the City Code of Pocatello, ID) and amend references within related chapters as necessary. The current zoning code was adopted in 2008 and has undergone subsequent amendments. The City aims to update the zoning code to align with its long-range plan goals, as outlined in the Comprehensive Plan 2040.
