Immunization Information System DeIVAX-Hosting, Maintenance & Enhancements

The State of Delaware Department of Health and Social Services, Division of Public Health, seeks professional services for Immunization Quality Improvement Plan Compliance Site Visits. The selected vendor will be responsible for hosting and maintaining the DelVAX system, completing necessary enhancements, and providing data and reports to meet the planning and evaluation needs of the Division of Public Health and the reporting requirements for the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). The scope of work includes: • Hosting and maintaining the DelVAX system • Completing necessary enhancements to the DelVAX system • Providing data and reports to meet the planning and evaluation needs of the Division of Public Health and the CDC • Ensuring connections to all DPH and State systems are maintained without interruption The vendor must have experience in hosting and maintaining immunization information systems, and must be able to demonstrate their ability to meet the requirements of the scope of work.
