Request for Qualifications (“RFQ”) for Consultant Services for the Establishment of a Community Land Trust Hamilton County Plan Commission

The Hamilton County Plan Commission is seeking a qualified consultant to provide technical support in developing and establishing a Community Land Trust (CLT). The selected consultant will be responsible for providing services related to the establishment of the CLT, including technical support and consulting. The scope of work includes developing a plan for the CLT, providing guidance on the establishment and operation of the CLT, and assisting with the implementation of the CLT. Key aspects of the opportunity include: • The consultant must have experience in providing technical support and consulting services related to CLTs. • The consultant must be able to provide guidance on the establishment and operation of the CLT. • The consultant must be able to assist with the implementation of the CLT. • A virtual Scope Clarification Meeting will be held on October 29, 2025, at 3:00 PM ET, and it is highly recommended that all interested vendors attend.
