Notice of Intent to Sole Source - SPP Conference at Marriott Savannah Riverfront

The National Guard Bureau J53 is soliciting a sole source contract for meeting space and equipment rental for the 2026 State Partnership Program Annual Conference. The conference will be held from August 10-13, 2026, in Savannah, GA, and will require multiple meeting spaces with audio/visual support for approximately 227 attendees. The event space must also include lodging options available for all attendees. The Government has chosen the Marriott Riverfront in Savannah, GA, as the preferred venue due to its central location and economical rates.
