Light Rail and Streetcar Operations

Valley Metro is seeking a contractor to provide mobilization, operations, and support personnel for light rail and streetcar operations. The initial term of the contract will be 5 years, with options to extend for up to 10 years and 3 months. The contractor will be responsible for providing safe, reliable, and uninterrupted service. The evaluation criteria include technical approach and understanding of the scope of work, price, and other factors. • The contractor must have experience in operating and maintaining light rail and streetcar systems • The contractor must be able to provide a detailed plan for mobilization, operations, and support personnel • The contractor must be able to demonstrate a strong understanding of the scope of work and the requirements of the contract • The contractor must be able to provide a competitive price for the services to be provided
