The Morongo Unified School District is seeking a qualified organization to design, staff, and deliver a turnkey Expanded Learning Spring Academy program for TK‑6 students during Spring 2027. The provider must handle all instructional activities, staffing ratios, materials, on‑site supervision, and coordination of transportation and field‑trip logistics, while the District supplies facilities, meals, and core utilities. Proposals are evaluated on cost, technical responsiveness, and vendor experience. • Deliver two academy formats – a five‑day program (Mar 29‑Apr 2 2027) and a two‑day program (Apr 5‑6 2027), or either one separately. • Provide full staffing to meet ratios (1:10 for TK/K, 1:20 for grades 1‑6) plus on‑bus supervision for six afternoon routes and a staff member at each of nine receiving locations. • Supply all curriculum materials, supplies, equipment, and any off‑campus field‑trip fees; District supplies facilities, meals, transportation, utilities, and custodial support. • Submit a “Not‑to‑Exceed” fee proposal with a detailed cost breakdown across leadership, instructional staff, materials, meals, field‑trip admissions, and other expenses.
