The County of Wicomico is seeking quotes from qualified vendors to purchase oils and lubricants. The contract period will be from November 22, 2025, to November 21, 2026, with optional renewal periods. Vendors must submit pricing for all items listed in the pricing table, and the pricing must include all labor, materials, tools, and equipment to perform the work. The successful vendor must be licensed to perform work in the state of Maryland and provide certificates of insurance within ten calendar days of quote award notification. • The contract period is approximately one year, with optional renewal periods. • The vendor must deliver the products within 24 to 72 hours of receipt of the order. • The vendor must be licensed to perform work in the state of Maryland. • The county reserves the right to extend the contract period for two terms, provided the successful vendor agrees to hold prices firm for the additional contract periods.
