FORMAL RFQ - AFMEDCOM POM Working Group Conference Support (UPDATE: Amendment #1 Posted 6 Aug 26)

The Department of Air Force, Air Force Medical Command (AFMEDCOM) is seeking a contractor to provide conference support services for the FY29 Program Objective Memorandum (POM) Working Group. The selected contractor will be responsible for providing a turnkey service package, including venue rental, A/V equipment, and lodging for 35 personnel. The conference will take place from 13-18 September 2026, and the proposed venue must be within a 5-mile driving distance of the Defense Health Headquarters (DHHQ) in Falls Church, VA. • The contractor must provide a comprehensive A/V list with synchronized displays and clear audio projection. • The contractor must guarantee a dedicated block of 35 standard single rooms at the venue for the duration of the conference. • The contractor must provide a signed Hotel Coordination Attestation confirming that no hotel-imposed auxiliary fees or vendor exclusivity penalties will be billed to the Government. • The contractor must comply with all terms and conditions of the RFQ, including the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and Clauses and Provisions.
