Bunker Drive Property Line Fencing

The City of Rapid City is seeking quotes for the construction of Bunker Drive Property Line Fencing. The project involves removing existing fence and furnishing and installing new fence with alternating wood and steel posts and Type 1 fence. The contractor will be responsible for obtaining all necessary permits, maintaining traffic control, and ensuring waste disposal. The project is expected to start on August 15, 2026, and be completed by October 31, 2026. • The contractor must provide all necessary labor, materials, tools, and equipment to complete the work. • The contractor must maintain traffic control in accordance with the Standard Specifications and the Manual of Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD). • The contractor must provide a detailed construction schedule at the pre-construction meeting. • The contractor must ensure waste disposal is done at an approved location and no payment will be made for waste disposal. • The contractor must exercise care not to disturb adjacent fence portions designated to remain. • The contractor must repair any damage caused by their operations to pre-existing conditions at additional expense to the Owner.
