Facility Operation and Management of the Lake Siskiyou Camp Resort

The Siskiyou County Flood Control & Water Conservation District is seeking a qualified operator to manage all aspects of the Lake Siskiyou Camp Resort – a 270‑acre facility that includes campgrounds, a marina, a general store, and a restaurant. The operator will be responsible for guest services, facility and infrastructure maintenance (including water‑sewage systems, roads, and snow removal), and will generate revenue through campsite and ancillary sales, paying the District a royalty of 10 % on general sales and 5 % on restaurant sales. The contract is a 30‑year term with two optional 10‑year extensions, and requires a $1.1 M capital improvement investment over the first five years.
