The Grand Rapids Public Schools (GRPS) is seeking a qualified Construction Manager as Constructor (CMc) to provide pre‑construction and construction‑management services for major renovation and addition projects at Union High School (including its auditorium), Harrison Park Academy, and Campus Elementary. The scope covers program development, design coordination, cost estimating, schedule control, site safety, demolition, historic preservation, environmental remediation, and final punch‑list completion.
