REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS FOR REAL ESTATE SERVICES RFQ No. DRLBA-07232026-01

The DeKalb Regional Land Bank Authority (DRLBA) is seeking qualified real estate agents to provide real estate services including acquisition, marketing, and sales. The selected agents will be included in the Qualified Agent Pool for a period of three years. The scope of work includes interfacing with sellers and buyers, drafting offers and listings, coordinating transactions, and providing timely updates to project status. The agents will be required to have a current Georgia real estate license, access to standardized real estate forms, and experience with conducting due diligence, structuring, negotiating, documenting, and closing real estate purchases and sales. • The DRLBA is a public body corporate and politic established to acquire, manage, maintain, market, and dispose of eligible properties. • The DRLBA is seeking agents with experience in real estate transactions, including acquisition, marketing, and sales. • The selected agents will be required to provide brokerage services on an as-needed basis. • The DRLBA reserves the right to reject any and all submissions and to waive any informality in the solicitation process.
