Police Headquarters - Space Needs Analysis and Concept Design Study

The City of Dubuque, Iowa, and the Dubuque Police Department are seeking a Request for Proposals (RFP) from qualified professional services consultants to complete a space needs analysis and concept design study for the renovation and expansion of the existing police headquarters. The police department is currently located within the Dubuque Law Enforcement Center at 770 Iowa Street. This building is also home to the Dubuque County Sheriff’s Office and the Dubuque County Jail. The key aspects of the job include: • Conducting a space needs analysis for the police department • Developing a concept design study for the renovation and expansion of the existing police headquarters • Collaborating with the police department and other stakeholders to ensure the design meets their needs • Providing a comprehensive report outlining the findings and recommendations The ideal candidate will have experience in architecture, engineering, or a related field, and will be able to demonstrate their ability to complete a project of this scope and complexity.
