On-Call Temporary Staffing Services

Cecil County, Maryland is seeking a vendor to provide on-call temporary staffing services. The vendor will be required to provide temporary staff for various job categories, including administrative, customer service, finance, and technical positions. The vendor will be responsible for recruiting, screening, and providing quality candidates to fill temporary staffing needs. The contract will be for a term of January 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027, with possible renewal options up to June 30, 2031. The vendor will be required to provide management reports to the County on a quarterly basis and to track and report on temporary staffing activities. Some key requirements of the RFP include: • Providing temporary staff for various job categories • Recruiting, screening, and providing quality candidates • Providing management reports to the County on a quarterly basis • Tracking and reporting on temporary staffing activities • Complying with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations • Providing proof of insurance and a certificate of status from the Maryland Department of Assessments and Taxation
