PERCENT FOR ART PROGRAM COORDINATOR SERVICES

The State of Oregon is seeking a pool of Project Coordinators to provide Percent for Art project coordination services for the Oregon Arts Commission. The selected Project Coordinators will be responsible for managing public art projects, including coordinating with clients and architects, assembling Art Selection Committees, and inviting local arts professionals to serve as art consultant members. The services will be provided on an as-needed basis, with projects assigned to Project Coordinators based on their experience, willingness to work in specific geographic regions, and availability of hours per month. The contract term is 5 years with the possibility of extension up to 10 years. Key aspects of the job include: • Coordinating with clients and architects to assemble an Art Selection Committee • Inviting local arts professionals to serve as art consultant members of an Art Selection Committee • Managing public art projects, including coordinating with clients and architects • Providing project coordination services for the Oregon Arts Commission • Working on an as-needed basis, with projects assigned based on experience, geographic region, and availability
