The U.S. Coast Guard is conducting a market‑research “Sources Sought” effort to identify small‑business and large‑business firms capable of providing environmental engineering services nationwide. The effort will support the Coast Guard’s four key environmental programs (Compliance, Restoration & Liabilities, Planning, Stewardship & Training) across all U.S. states, territories, and offshore facilities. Anticipated total contract ceiling is $150 million over a ten‑year period, with 4‑10 multiple‑award IDIQ contracts to be issued. Interested firms must submit a capability statement (max three pages) and a completed spreadsheet by the response deadline.
