The State of North Dakota’s State Procurement Office is seeking a qualified, North Dakota‑resident contractor to provide packing supplies and moving services for the relocation of government equipment and furnishings on an as‑needed, statewide basis. The contractor must supply its own vehicles, personnel (employees only), and all packing materials, and must be able to respond to service calls within 36 hours, complete moves within five calendar days of cost approval, and meet extensive background‑check, insurance, and compliance requirements. • Scope includes moving desks, cubicles, chairs, tables, filing cabinets, IT equipment, artwork, and miscellaneous items across both in‑town (≤ 30 mi) and out‑of‑town (> 30 mi) locations. • Contractor must provide detailed hourly rates for truck & driver, laborers, packing/unpacking, supervisors, and unit prices for boxes, bubble‑wrap, tape, labels, and mileage/fuel surcharge. • Contract runs to 31 Oct 2027 (≈ 1 year) with up to four 12‑month renewal options and one additional 12‑month extension, subject to compliance with background checks, insurance, and state‑record‑keeping rules.
