This project consists of a combination of both trenchless and open excavation sanitary sewer point repairs at 36 locations in the City of Hays, KS. • The project requires a combination of trenchless and open excavation sanitary sewer point repairs. • The bid opening will be held on June 9, 2026, at 3:00 pm. • A pre-bid meeting will be held on May 19, 2026, at 1:30 pm. • The City of Hays reserves the right to reject or accept any and all bids/proposals.
