Description
The US Army Corps of Engineers is seeking proposals for an Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract under a Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) pool. The MATOC will be utilized for a variety of Architect/Engineer (A/E), Value Engineering (VE), Value Analysis (VA), Value Management (VM) services. These projects may support design/build (D/B) or design/bid/build (D/B/B) delivery methods for highly complex horizontal and vertical design requirements for the Air Force Reserve.

• The proposal due date has been changed to 30 October 2025 at 2359 Eastern Time.
