Facilities Technology Management (FTM)

The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) is seeking information from capable vendors to support the Facilities Technology Management (FTM) effort. The FBI requires contractor support for the primary tool, TRIRIGA, until its End of Life (EOL) in September 2027, and seeks to optimize its technology portfolio to ensure continuity of facilities management operations. The contractor will provide technical and functional support for the secondary applications in the Real Property Portfolio, conduct a comprehensive assessment of multiple technology systems, and deliver a recommendation report with a clear recommendation of the optimal system(s). Key aspects of the job include: • Providing technical and functional support for TRIRIGA operations and maintenance • Conducting system evaluations and cost analysis • Delivering a recommendation report with a clear recommendation of the optimal system(s) • Providing business transformation support, including process documentation, training, and change management • Ensuring all analyses are objective, evidence-based, and free from conflicts of interest
