*Rebid* Propane - DPS

The State of Louisiana, Office of State Procurement, is seeking bids for a Blanket Order Contract to provide propane for the Louisiana Department of Public Safety. The contract will be for an initial 1-year period, with the option to renew for two additional 12-month periods. The contractor will be required to furnish and maintain 15 1,000-gallon LPG tanks and 2 500-gallon LPG tanks at the Fire and Emergency Training Academy. The contractor must be capable of delivering LPG fuel within a 12-hour period or provide monitoring services and a delivery timeframe of not more than 24 hours. Key points to consider: • The contract is for a Blanket Order, with items to be called for by the using agency as needed. • The contractor must be able to obtain and supply the items at their bid price for the entire contract period. • The State reserves the right to reject any and all vendors who cannot make delivery within the stated timeframe. • The bid prices must be complete, including transportation prepaid by the bidder to the destination. • The bidder must certify that they have not discriminated against any person or entity in the solicitation or selection of subcontractors or suppliers.
