Budget estimate

$20,000 – $30,000

Based on the information provided, it is difficult to estimate the exact budget for this contract. However, considering the scope of work, which includes providing catered lunches and beverages for 300 personnel over three days, a rough estimate can be made. Assuming an average cost of $15 per meal, and three meals per day for 300 personnel, the total cost for meals alone would be around $13,500. Adding beverages, setup, and cleanup costs, the total contract value could be in the range of $20,000 to $30,000. This is a rough estimate and the actual budget may vary depending on various factors, including the contractor's pricing, the specific requirements of the contract, and any additional services that may be required.
