The Klamath Tribes’ Klamath Tribal Health and Family Services (KTHFS) is seeking proposals to construct a new 4,076‑sq‑ft health‑center facility in Beatty, Oregon. The contractor will be responsible for full site work, demolition, foundation, structural steel, concrete, interior finishes, MEP rough‑in, fire‑alarm and emergency‑responder radio systems, and compliance with Davis‑Bacon wages and Tribal Employment Rights Ordinance (TERO).
