Pierce County is issuing a Request for Information (RFI) to learn about the capacity of organizations or project teams to operate tiny‑home villages and other non‑congregate transitional housing, and to optionally participate in site identification and development. The County seeks details on operating models, supportive service offerings, target populations, cost structures, funding sources, and feasibility of various site sizes (5‑60 units).
