The Municipality of Anchorage seeks a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive pre‑employment physical examinations and functional‑capacity evaluations for a range of municipal employee categories (bus operators, police officers, dispatchers, lifeguards, solid‑waste workers, etc.). The contractor must conduct all examinations at a single site within the Anchorage Bowl, submit signed physician reports within 72 hours, maintain a secure online platform for request handling and invoicing, and attend four quarterly coordination meetings.
