Rental of Nitrogen Trailer NLON

The Portsmouth Naval Shipyard is seeking to rent a temporary high-pressure nitrogen gas tube trailer. The trailer should be able to supply high-pressure nitrogen from 2000 psig to 4500 psig in volumes of 27,000 scf up to 81,556 scf. The contractor will be responsible for maintenance and repair of the equipment. The rental period is from 02/23/26 to 05/22/26 with an option to extend from 05/23/26 to 06/22/26. • The trailer should be DOT rated and able to be delivered and left for use for up to 30 days. • The contractor should provide a Certificate of Compliance for every batch of nitrogen provided. • The equipment should meet all applicable OSHA regulations and be listed by an OSHA accredited laboratory. • The contractor should provide start-up and training services to shipyard employees.
