Project Management Services for Hazard Mitigation Grant Program (HMGP) and Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) – RFP #05-2026

The Washington Parish Government is seeking a qualified consulting firm to provide full‑service project‑management for FEMA Hazard Mitigation Grant Program (HMGP) and/or Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) projects within Washington Parish and neighboring parishes. The consultant will oversee all phases of grant‑funded mitigation projects, from kickoff meetings through final close‑out, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. • Manage grant compliance, homeowner interactions, plan review, cost estimating, and construction oversight. • Prepare quarterly progress reports, financial tracking, and final documentation for reimbursement. • Provide staffing (Project Managers + support) and demonstrate prior HMGP/CDBG experience; minority/female‑owned firms receive additional points.
