AE Main Building and West Cottage Renovation ADDENDUM # 1

The State of Vermont is seeking architectural and engineering design services for the renovation of the Main Building and West Cottage at the Vermont Police Academy. The project involves replacing existing HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems, addressing structural issues, and bringing the facility up to current energy codes and accessibility standards. The selected firm will provide programming, schematic design, design development, construction documents, bidding and negotiation, and construction administration services. The project is expected to start on January 26, 2026, and be completed by April 5, 2030, with a one-year warranty period.
