Miltenyi MACSQuant Analyzer Preventive Maintenance Sole Source

The United States Department of the Naval Medical Research Command (NMRC) intends to award a sole source contract to Miltenyi Biotec, Inc. for preventive maintenance and repair service for the Miltenyi MACSQuant Analyzer flow cytometer/cell analyzer. The contract will be procured under the guidelines of FAR Part 12 Commercial Items. The NMRC requires all contractors to be registered with the Systems for Award Management (SAM) and have a Unique Entity Identification Number (UEI). • The contract is for preventive maintenance and repair service for a specific type of flow cytometer/cell analyzer. • The contract will be awarded to Miltenyi Biotec, Inc. • The NMRC requires registration with the Systems for Award Management (SAM) and a Unique Entity Identification Number (UEI) for all contractors. • The contract is a sole source contract, but the Government will consider all responses if interested.
