Park Attendant Services, Merrisach Park, Pine Bluff Site Office

The US Army Corps of Engineers, Little Rock District is seeking a contractor to provide park attendant services at Merrisach Park, Pine Bluff Site Office. The contractor will be responsible for providing all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform park attendant services. The services will include managing the park, collecting fees, and performing maintenance tasks. The contract will be for a base period of approximately 12 months, with two option periods of approximately 12 months each. The contractor will be required to provide a two-person team, with both members identified on the quote and resultant contract. • The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary management, supervision, inspection, personnel, materials, supplies, parts, tools, equipment, transportation, and vehicles. • The contractor will be required to perform work in a timely, continuous, and satisfactory manner. • The contractor will be responsible for ensuring that all services are performed in accordance with the PWS, SPS, drawings, attachments, exhibits, and all applicable laws, regulations, codes, or directives. • The contractor will be required to furnish all employees with an adequate number of uniforms without cost or to reimburse employees for the actual cost of the uniforms. • The contractor will be required to reimburse all employees for uniform maintenance costs, unless the uniforms are made of "wash and wear" materials.
