RFQ - Bead Construction Services

Matanuska Telecom Association (MTA) is seeking pre‑qualified contractors to provide unit‑price broadband construction services under the federal BEAD program, deploying fiber broadband across seven Alaska service regions. The work includes full labor, supervision, transportation, tools, and equipment (materials supplied by MTA) and must adhere to MTA’s construction standards, federal regulations, and Buy America requirements. Contractors must be IBEW 1547 signatories and submit extensive safety and OSHA documentation. Bids are due by October 30, 2026 (extended from the original October 16 deadline), with a question deadline of October 23, 2026. All bids must remain valid through December 31, 2026.
