The Waste Commission of Scott County is soliciting proposals from qualified manufacturers, suppliers, and installers to provide a complete turnkey solution for two identical two‑ram baling systems. The scope includes removal of existing balers, delivery, installation, electrical and hydraulic tie‑ins, startup, commissioning, operator training, and 24/7 after‑sales support. Bidders must submit detailed technical specifications, warranty information, parts‑availability commitments, and references. Installations are to occur on separate weekend shutdowns to maintain operational redundancy. Preferred optional features include an oil‑cooler fan reverser and SCADA integration.
