The City of Riverton, WY, is soliciting sealed bids to supply a complete Hyper‑V failover‑cluster infrastructure for Motorola Flex CAD/RMS. The scope includes:
• Two production enterprise rack servers forming a primary Hyper‑V failover cluster.
• One additional rack server configured as a Hyper‑V Replica disaster‑recovery node.
• One enterprise all‑flash SAN array with dual active‑active controllers and redundant connectivity.
• Microsoft Windows Server 2025 Datacenter licenses for three hosts and Red Hat Enterprise Linux subscriptions meeting Motorola Flex 2026.3 requirements.
• Five‑year comprehensive hardware and software support.
• Optional Alternate A: backup NAS (≈48 TB usable) and five‑year Veeam‑type backup software.
• Optional Alternate B: professional services for cluster, SAN, and disaster‑recovery configuration (or combined with Alternate A).
Delivery and acceptance must occur within 120 calendar days of award; payment is 45 days after acceptance. Bidders must provide a bid bond of at least 5 % of the total bid price and a Wyoming Certificate of Residency to qualify for the state‑preference award.
