IFB 26-016 988 NYS Promo Items

OMH’s Central Office is looking to enter into a Purchase Authorization (PA) contract with a qualified Vendor to allow our personnel to purchase items on an as-needed basis from the awarded vendor up to the awarded amount. All items must be able to be customizable to print “NYS 988 Promo”. Vendors must bid on all of the items listed below to be eligible for an award. The detail of this project is outlined in IFB 26-016. Questions regarding this solicitation are due per the instructions in the IFB by Friday, August 21, 2026, 3:00 PM ET. Questions will be accumulated by OMH, and responses will be sent to potential bidders on Tuesday, August 25, 2026. The Q&A will also be posted to the contract reporter. Bids are due no later than Thursday, September 10, 2026, 3:00 PM ET. No late bids will be accepted.
