RFI Contractor F-16 Pilot Services

The Air Force is conducting market research to identify contractors capable of providing fully qualified F‑16 Block 52 ferry pilots (two primary and one alternate) to transport two aircraft from Lockheed‑Martin’s Greenville, SC facility to Martyr BG Ali Flaih Air Base in Iraq in March 2027. The contractor must supply pilots meeting strict flight‑hour, certification, clearance, and survival‑training requirements, as well as 100 % contractor‑furnished life‑support equipment approved by the Government Flight Representative. All aircraft maintenance, fuel, tanker support, and diplomatic clearances are handled by the government.
