Description
The Navajo Tribal Utility Authority (NTUA) is seeking a qualified contractor to design‑build a new 1 MGD wastewater treatment plant at Tuba City, Arizona. The scope includes complete construction of treatment facilities (headworks, aeration basin, digesters, UV disinfection, sludge handling, administration building, etc.), demolition of existing plant components, and all associated civil, mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation work required for a fully functional plant. Preference will be given to qualified Indian‑owned firms, and bidders must submit both electronic and hard‑copy bids by the specified deadline.
• Full design‑build of a 1 MGD wastewater treatment facility with UV disinfection and sludge dewatering
• Demolition of existing plant infrastructure and site improvements (earthwork, utilities, fencing, etc.)
