The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is seeking a small‑business‑only vendor to rehabilitate an existing water‑well system at Arkabutla Lake and install a new 30 ft × 50 ft pre‑fabricated metal building to protect the new well. The contractor must abandon the old well, install new AWWA‑specified plumbing, deliver and erect the metal building with roll‑up and walk‑through doors, perform multi‑coat tank painting (Tnemec, epoxy, urethane), and install a complete 200‑amp electrical system (panels, motor starter, lighting, outlets, three‑phase circuit). All labor, tools, equipment, and materials must be supplied and the work completed within 120 days of award.
