Exam Delivery & Proctoring for: DoW Acquisition and Financial Management Functional Area Certification Exams

The Department of War (DoW) is seeking a commercial third-party test proctoring company to administer professional certification exams for the DoW acquisition workforce. The exams will be delivered both virtually and in-person, on an individually on-demand approved and scheduled basis, around the world. The contract will have a base period and four option years, with a possible extension period. The vendor will be responsible for publishing exams, system integration, scheduling, and risk mitigation.
