ANNUAL SUBSTATION LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE

The City of Lakeland seeks qualified vendors to provide basic landscape maintenance for Lakeland Electric substations and surrounding areas. The contract is a one‑year award with an option for up to four additional one‑year renewals, subject to mutual consent. Work must be performed safely and result in aesthetically pleasing grounds that reflect positively on the utility. Proposals are evaluated on cost, utility‑related experience, equipment availability, and length of time doing business in Central Florida.
