RFQ for Technical Services Provider for Code Compliance Inspections and Testing Services

The University of Texas at Austin seeks qualified technical service providers to perform independent, third‑party code‑compliance inspections and testing for new construction, additions, renovations, and alterations across its owned and leased facilities. The contract is a one‑year agreement with four optional one‑year renewals, allowing firms to be called on an as‑needed basis for a wide range of sites primarily in Austin but also at satellite locations throughout Texas.
