Propane Purchase

The Burrillville School Department is seeking proposals for the purchase of propane for a period of two years. The contract will require the supplier to deliver propane to various school department locations in a timely manner, maintain equipment, and provide proper inspection of piping, equipment, valves, and connections. The supplier must also negotiate a tank swap or replacement tank with Superior Plus Propane at no cost to the Burrillville School Department. • The contract period is from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2028. • The estimated quantity of propane to be delivered is 105,000 gallons. • The supplier must provide a price per gallon, including all taxes and fees. • The supplier must maintain and service all equipment outside the building from the regulator to the tank at no cost to the Burrillville School Department. • The supplier must be responsible for obtaining all permits required by law at no cost to the district.
