Description
The Kentucky Lottery Corporation is seeking a vendor to design, develop, and support a comprehensive Loyalty Program System, including Customer Relationship Management (CRM) capabilities and related services. The effort will involve system architecture, software development, integration with existing KLC platforms, ongoing maintenance, and user training.
• Design and implement a scalable loyalty program platform with CRM functionality.
• Provide integration services to connect the new system with current KLC databases and applications.
• Deliver ongoing technical support, system upgrades, and end‑user training throughout the contract term.
• Supply data analytics and reporting tools to track program performance and member engagement.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and secure handling of member data.
