The City of Cairo, GA, is seeking competitive sealed bids for a comprehensive civil‑construction project that will support the Kennedy Place Rural Workforce Housing Initiative. The contractor must provide all labor, materials, and equipment to install extensive water, sewer, storm‑drain, natural‑gas, and roadway infrastructure, as detailed in the construction drawings.
