Pre-Solicitation Notice Hotel Venue and Conference Space Requirements ISO Pacific Friendship 2026

The 921st Contract Battalion is seeking a contractor to provide hotel venue and conference space requirements for the Pacific Friendship 2026 event. The contractor will be responsible for providing non-personal services, including event/conference space, meeting rooms, operations rooms, dedicated restaurant space, common break areas, reception areas, food service support, expedited check-in procedures, audio-visual support, and hospitality services. The services provided should reflect favorably on the status and prestige of the hosts for this major international event. The contractor will be required to perform to the standards and acceptable quality levels identified in the Performance Work Statement and associated contract documents. The period of performance is from 6/13/2026 to 7/05/2026. Key aspects of the job include: • Providing hotel and conference services for the Pacific Friendship 2026 event • Ensuring all work is performed in accordance with applicable Federal, State, and local laws and regulations • Providing event/conference space, meeting rooms, operations rooms, dedicated restaurant space, common break areas, reception areas, food service support, expedited check-in procedures, audio-visual support, and hospitality services • Performing to the standards and acceptable quality levels identified in the Performance Work Statement and associated contract documents • Supporting the event in Dong Hoi, Quang Tri, Vietnam
