TPAAR Meeting Event - DOJ OPDAT Sby January 2026

The U.S. Department of State is seeking a contractor to provide lodging accommodation and functional services for the DUCC Event in Yogyakarta, Indonesia, in January 2026. The contractor will be required to provide meeting package services, add-on equipment, lodging rooms, airport transfers, and other services as specified in the contract. The contractor must submit a firm fixed price in Indonesian Rupiah and provide all labor, materials, overhead, and profit. • The contractor must provide a list of clients over the past 3 years, evidence of a permanent address and license, and detail information about proposed room names, layouts, and safety and emergency exits. • The contractor must also provide insurance requirements, such as BPJS TK or BPJS TKBPU. • The contractor must submit the complete offer to the address indicated in the solicitation, and any deviations or exceptions must be identified and explained.
