Employee Assistance Services for the KLAP

The State of Kansas, through the Office of Judicial Administration, is seeking qualified vendors to provide Employee Assistance Program (EAP) services for the Kansas Lawyers Assistance Program (KLAP). The contractor will deliver in‑person or virtual counseling, assessment, referral coordination, group counseling, relapse‑prevention, and reporting services to lawyers, bar applicants, and law students across 26 cities in Kansas. The contract runs from the award date through December 31 2029, with an option to renew for two additional one‑year periods. Vendors must meet professional licensing and certification requirements, maintain confidentiality, and comply with a suite of state‑mandated certifications (tax clearance, immigration, anti‑discrimination, etc.).
