RECS RFP Pre-Design for MCF-Faribault Expansion

The Minnesota Department of Corrections is seeking an architectural firm to lead a pre-design for the expansion of the Faribault Correctional Facility Campus services. The project aims to determine the expansion of the K building segregation unit or build a new building at the Correctional Facility to expand the campus capacity. The selected firm will be responsible for pre-design phase services, including bi-weekly pre-design meetings and pre-design and associated construction cost estimates reports. • The project location is 1101 Linden Ln, Faribault, MN 55021. • The primary consultant firm should submit an Exhibit B sheet for all subconsultants, including the all-inclusive fee. • The proposed compensation should include a fee summary, amount, and percentage of total professional fees. • Reimbursable expenses are allowed for printing, plans, predesign reports, and construction specifications, as well as mail and telephone costs.
